Striping Your Parking Lot - Why You Should Do It

Your parking lot is the welcome mat for your establishment. Whether you're a pastor at a church, the owner of a retail store, or a property manager in charge of an apartment complex, grocery store chain, or strip mall, nothing will make your establishment stand out more than a newly striped parking lot.

There are three types of striping available; re-striping existing layout, re-striping existing layout over sealcoat, and new layouts.

Re-Striping:
Re-striping a parking lot is simply brightening everything up by giving your existing lines new life. 

Re-Striping existing layout over sealcoat:
In this case new lines are being striped over sealcoat in the exact same place as the old ones. If needed, changes to the existing layout can be made. 

New Layout:
Smith’s will work with customers designing a layout for their parking lot, or follow a blueprint from a general contractor.
